AUTOMATIC DISCOUNT CODES & COUPONS:
Thank you for shopping with Fantization Miniatures. As a thank you to our customers for your loyalty we now have automatic tiered discounts to every qualifying order starting at 5% off and up to 20% off and more sometimes. All you do is add products to your shopping cart you would like to purchase and the tiered discounts will automatically be applied to your subtotal. No more coupon codes and great everyday savings to stretch your gaming and hobby dollars. These discounts do not however apply to shipping & handling fees, clearance items, painting commissions, CA State Taxes, or any other additional fees from third party payment sites such as Paypal.
These discounts are available all the time and we want all of our customers to take advantage of them. From time to time we do run sales and promotions where you can save a bit more and that may require entering a coupon code that we supply. Save 10% automatically on orders of $65 to $149.99 .
Save 15% automatically on orders of $150 to $249.99 .
Save 20% automatically on orders of $250 or more.

- Phone in your order: You can place your order toll free at 1-866-GET-FIGS (1-866-438-3447) from within the United States and Canada. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time but we do work weekends a lot too. We're also happy to answer any questions you may have prior to ordering online such as miniature scale, casting material metal or resin, etc...
SHIPPING OPTIONS:
 We are now offering a more stream lined and lower cost selection of shipping options to our customers. Below are the various shipping options we are now offering. Also as another added piece of mind all orders now ship with USPS Delivary Confirmation for free, including our Super Saver Shipping method. So now you can track your packages online at https://www.usps.com or through http://www.FedEx.com depending on the shipping method you selected for your order. If another shipping option is required simply email us at sales@fantization.com and we will try and accommodate your request as best we can. Some larger items may have additional S&H charges such as miniature cases, board games, large box sets, etc... This is due to their large sizes and weight. Happy Shopping!
US DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS:
- US Priority Mail: All orders ship for a $7.00 flat rate.
Allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery.
- Super Saver Shipping: Three small items or less ship via US First Class for $4.50. No boxes or box set items.
Allow 5 - 10 business days for delivery.
- FedEx Ground: Online tracking, rates may vary.
Allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS:
- US First Class International Shipping: Rates may vary.
Allow 5 - 12 business days for delivery.
- International Super Saver Shipping: Three small items or less ship via US First Class for $7.50 USD. No boxes or box set items.
