Below are the options and rates for the various shipping options both
Domestic and International we offer when ordering with Fantization.com. Also all orders ship with online tracking either via www.USPS.com, www.Fedex.com, or www.UPS.com.
You can track your packages based on the shipping method you selected
for your order. If another shipping option is required simply call our office at 714-525-3211 during normal business hours M - F 8am to 4pm Pacific
Standard Time or message us through our Facebook Page here: https://www.facebook.com/Fantization and we will try and accommodate your request as best we can. Some
larger items may have additional S&H charges such as large paint
sets, miniature cases, board games, large box sets, etc... This is due
to their large sizes and weight, they simply cost a lot more to ship.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING POLICY:
We
have a flat rate $11.95 shipping policy via USPS Ground Advantage for
most domestic orders. This is a fixed amount of $11.95 no more, no less,
regardless of the item's weight, size, or destination domestically on
most items within the lower 48 United States. It is a simple and
cost-effective option for our customers, if a shipment cost more than
the $11.95 don't worry, the difference is on us, you still only pay the
flat $11.95 shipping. With this Fantization.com will choose the most
cost effective shipping method which usually is USPS Ground Advantage
with a 3 - 5 day shipping time but may also sometimes go via Fedex or UPS. Once your order ships you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your online tracking info for your reference.
We
do have some exceptions to our Flat Rate Shipping Policy above on very large and heavy products that simply
cost a lot more to ship. Also for International orders outside the
United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and if the customer requires FedEx or UPS there may be additional shipping charges required for that order. Fedex
and UPS have their own shipping rates that are usually higher then the
USPS but offer the service some customers require so you're shipping
cost will reflect what these carries charge for their shipping services.

SHIP TO/ BILL TO ADDRESS MATCH POLICY:
The
"bill to and ship to match" policy is a security measure we have in place for ALL
webstore orders via www.Fantization.com where the payment and
shipping addresses must be identical on ALL orders. If they are
mismatched, your order may be delayed, canceled, or require manual
verification prior to processing and shipping. This policy helps ensure
our customers are protected and the legitimate cardholder by matching
the billing address to the one on file with the financial institution.
Policy details
- Billing address: This is the address associated with the payment method, such as the address on your credit card bill.
- Shipping address: This is the address where you want the physical order delivered.
The "match" policy: Fantization.com
enforces a strict policy where the billing and shipping addresses must
be exactly the same to approve a transaction and process/ ship an order. This
is primarily a security measure to prevent fraudulent activity.
The "mismatch" policy: Fantization.com does not allow
for a "Bill To and Ship To"
mismatch. However for people that want to send gifts to
friends or family especially during the holidays, the cardholder can
reach out to us prior to placing the order and we will allow it if we
are 100% able to verify the order
information.
If
an order placed has a mismatched "Bill To and Ship To" addresses, those
orders will be held and flagged for manual review. If we (Fantization.com) is unable to
verify the "Payment" and "Bill To and Ship To" information the order will be canceled and refunded.
This policy is to minimize fraud for ourselves (Fantization.com) and to our customers,
thank you for your understanding.
- FLAT RATE SHIPPING OF $11.95 within the continental USA: All
orders shipping within the continental United States ships for a $11.95 flat rate with online tracking
via www.USPS.com. This excludes AK, HI, and PR. Whether you need just one bottle of paint/mini or fifty paints/minis your order will ship for just $11.95 within the USA this Holiday and you get online tracking too. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery upon receiving your email shipping confirmation.
- FEDEX (Federal Express) PRICES BASED ON SIZE/WEIGHT & SHIPPING LOCATION OF PACKAGE: Online tracking via www.FedEx.com, FedEx

stay informed of current status, unexpected delays, and ultimately the
delivery of your shipment. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery upon receiving your email shipping confirmation.

FREE SHIPPING TERMS:
Free standard ground shipping when you meet
the minimum order amount indicated, before taxes and shipping charges.
To redeem offer at checkout, enter the listed code, or, if offer
indicates that no code is required, free shipping will be applied to
your order automatically once you meet the minimum order amount
indicated. Offer is not valid on gift card orders and other exclusions
may apply. Not valid for items with extra shipping charges however the standard shipping charge will be free, this applies to large heavy items with additional shipping cost such as large board games. Offer is
good for standard ground shipping only. Valid within the 48 contiguous
U.S. and APO/FPO addresses only. For APO/FPO addresses, expedited and
express ship methods are not available and standard delivery time frames
do not apply. Not
valid with other offers. Free shipping offers exclude Alaska, Hawaii,
and Puerto Rico shipping addresses, continental USA shipping addresses
only. Previous orders will not be adjusted. Fantization.com reserves the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time.

ORDERS WITH PRE-ORDER ITEMS AND A FREE
SHIPPING PROMO ON THEM WILL SHIP ONCE ALL PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE TO
COMPLETE YOUR ORDER. AS USUAL WE WILL NOTIFY YOU VIA EMAIL WITH A

holiday sales and promotions as a thank you to our customers for your
loyalty. Our holiday sales can consist of automatic discounts and
coupon codes that must be entered during your check out.

- US First Class International Shipping: Rates may vary, for your exact rate go through the online check-out process to see your exact shipping cost for this method. Please allow 5 - 12 business days for delivery upon receiving your email shipping confirmation.
- Duties & Taxes: Duties and taxes may be assessed against any and all International shipments. Fantization Miniatures is not responsible for any of these fees it is the customers (you) responsibility to pay any of these fees. The recipient (you the customer) will be required to pay any local duties and/or taxes for your package to your local delivery service prior to receiving your package if required. Contact your local Post Office for "Duties & Tax" info for receiving packages.
- Brazil & Chile ALL orders must ship as Registered Mail: Offers maximum security for your shipment. Registered Mail has an additional $13 fee per the US Post Office and your items can be insured. Orders shipping to these countries may only be shipped via US Priority Mail International or First Class International. We had to implement this due to several shipments going missing to these countries in the past.
Registered Mail gives you maximum security for your valuable items. Each Postal Employee that takes control of your package must sign for it first. Registered Mail items can be insured for up to $50,000.
- Regardless of how purchased, present Registered Mail items for mailing to a Postal employee.
- Receive a mailing receipt, and upon request, electronic verification that an article was delivered or that a delivery attempt was made.
It's always nice to get a little treat in with your new hobby products. So every month we restock our Candy Coffers and throw in a few pieces of FREE candy in every order while supplies last for that month. Some of the candies include Smarties, Life Savers, Holiday Mints, and more. These candies will almost always be a hard type of candy to avoid melting, so sorry all you chocolate lovers.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PARTS
If a factory sealed product is missing or has damaged part, you as the customer
will need to contact the manufacturer to correct the problem. Unfortunately we do not
have spare parts to send out to you but the manufacturer does. If you need
help finding their contact information for the manufacturer, please
contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
EXCHANGES
All exchanges must be pre-approved. Please call our office at 714-525-3211 during normal business hours M - F 8am to 5pm Pacific
Standard Time or message us through our Facebook Page here: https://www.facebook.com/Fantization for approval before sending any merchandise back to us.
We will accept exchanges on all unopened products in their original undamaged packaging within 1 week of
delivery. The exceptions are perishable products such as any paints, glues, spray primers, sealers, paint brushes, and commissioned painted miniatures. Fantization.com does not cover the shipping
costs on exchanges those must be paid for by the customer. We will ship the new item once we have received the pre-approved item to be exchanged back from the customer.
If a factory sealed product is missing or has damaged part, you as the customer
will need to contact the manufacturer to correct the problem. We do not
have spare parts to send out to you but the manufacturer does. If you need
help finding their contact information for the manufacturer, please
contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
RETURNS & MISSING PARTS
All returns require pre-approval please contact our office at 714-525-3211 during normal business hours M - F 8am to 5pm Pacific
Standard Time or message us through our Facebook Page here: https://www.facebook.com/Fantization for approval before sending any merchandise back to us, please include your Order #.
We will accept returns on all unopened products within 1 week of delivery with the exception of perishable products, please see below on what is not returnable. Fantization.com does not cover the shipping costs on returns. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Fantization must first receive all pre-authorized returned items prior to Fantization re-sending an exchanged item/ part or issuing a refund/ store credit.

have spare parts to send out to you but the manufacturer does. If you need

NO RETURNS ON PERISHABLE PRODUCTS (I.E. PAINTS, GLUES, PRIMERS, ETC.)
Fantization.com does not accept returns on any perishable products such as any paints, glues, spray primers, sealers, paint brushes, and commissioned painted miniatures. All of our painted commissions are shipped fully insured so if your painted commission is damaged during the shipping process you'll need to file a claim with the US Postal Service via your insured tracking # we supplied you. Also we need to be informed the day the package is delivered and you'll need to email us pictures of the damage item that day to sales@fantization.com so we are aware of the situation.
