UPDATE

We're working as normal and appreciate everyone's support.  Some restocks/ new releases are taking longer to get in at times due to shipping delays, manufacturing delays, as well as some sever weather conditions at times.  We are continuing to get Vallejo Paint restocks in as well and filling any and all back orders shipping for free that occurred due to the great Global Shut Down of 2020-21.

UPDATE ON THE CURRENT SITUATION

We hope everyone is staying safe and staying at home, we all have to do our part to curtail this situation.

We are continuing to work here at Fantization HQ however all of our West Coast Suppliers have shut down due to the State mandatory closures of non-essential businesses.  One advantage we have is we're not open to the public so we're kind of in our own little bubble of work so we're continuing the best we can.  Now what does this all mean?  Our restocks use to take 1 to 5 business days but now they're taking 1 to 8 business days or longer in some cases.  All of our restocks for the most part are coming from the East Coast so please be patient, most of our suppliers are working with skeleton crews to get stock out to us.  Some lines we can not get restocks on per the manufacturers since they've shut down until late April and in some cases until May.  Some of these companies are trying to get back to work sooner but the safety of the employees and staff come first.  We've had other suppliers shut down this past week but we'll continue to work and ship our customer orders out.  On some product lines we can not get a restocks currently due to the situation so we will be doing partial shipments on some orders so you guys and gals can at least have some of your paints and minis to work on and game with while we all stay at home.

As of today several of our suppliers have chosen to shut down their business operations due to the current situation that is affecting all of us. Fantization Miniatures however will continue to operate and ship orders as we can.
