holiday sales and promotions as a thank you to our customers for your
loyalty. Our holiday sales can consist of automatic discounts and
coupon codes that must be entered during your check out.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Fantization Miniatures accepts the following payment methods: Paypal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, and Personal Checks (All orders paid with a Money Order or Personal Check will not begin processing until the payment has been received and the payment has cleared. Fantization Miniatures is not responsible for any lost payments mailed in to us. Once your payment has been received and cleared your order status will be updated to "Payment Received" and/or "In Progress"). Payment by Money Order or Personal Check must be received within ten business days to avoid cancellation of your order.
Q - Can I use more than one credit card payment per order on Fantization.com?
A - Only one payment type may be used per order. However if you have a Store Credit or Gift Certificate you would apply that prior to the payment screen and then pay for any balance due as normal.
Q - Does the billing name have to match my actual name on my credit card when placing an order on Fantization.com?
A - Your billing name must match the actual name on your credit card for legal authorization to charge your credit card. Spouses or other individuals who indicate they have been given 'verbal' authorization to use your card aren't able to provide sufficient legal authorization, as they are not the valid cardholder.
In the event you call Fantization.com for help placing an order, we must speak with the cardholder to apply a payment method at checkout.
AUTOMATIC HOLIDAY SALE DISCOUNTS:
Simply add the products to your shopping cart that you would like to purchase
and the automatic holiday sale discounts will be applied to your
subtotal in the right column of our site on your screen.
COUPON CODE SALE DISCOUNTS & FREE SHIPPING:
If a qualifying holiday sale coupon code is required simply add the products to your shopping cart that you would like to purchase
and then enter the code in the coupon code box during your check out and click the apply button
to active it. You will then see your holiday sale discount applied in
your shopping carts total or with FREE Standard Shipping via US MAIL.
FREE SHIPPING, HANDLING CHARGES MAY STILL APPLY:
Some items may still have a handling charge on large or
heavy items such as storage/ carrying cases, paint cases, or
complete paint sets that are large and heavy due to their size and
weight to ship these items the US Post Office charges more to ship
them. However any shipping charges are waived with a FREE Shipping
promotion just not any additional handling charge.
NON-QUALIFYING CATEGORIES & ITEMS:
These
discounts do not apply to your shipping & handling fees or these following site categories and services; Clearance Store items, Painting Commissions, magazines, Gift Certificates, any and all Games Workshop products, CA State Taxes, or any other
additional fees from third party payment sites such as Paypal
or Government Customs entities. These discounts are available for a
limited time during the holidays as noted on the promotional offer and do not combine
with a our standard "Automatic Tiered Discounts" explained below or
with any "Free Shipping" promotional offers. No other offers, deals, or
coupons codes may be combined with our holiday sales offers and
Fantization Miniatures reserves the right to adjust any order
accordingly and we will notify any customer if any adjustments are
required.
Fantization.com reserves the right to adjust any
orders due to shopping cart glitches or any other bugs or errors that
cause an incorrect discount to be applied to an order. The customer
will be notified if this has occurred and will have the options to add
or remove items, accept the new order total, or cancel their order at no
charge. Thank you for your understanding on this matter but sometimes
technology does mess up and we do not blame our customers for this if it
does happen.

BILL TO/ SHIP TO ADDRESS MATCH POLICY:
The
"bill to and ship to match" policy is a security measure we have in place for ALL
webstore orders via www.Fantization.com where the payment and
shipping addresses must be identical on ALL orders. If they are
mismatched, your order may be delayed, canceled, or require manual
verification prior to processing and shipping. This policy helps ensure
our customers are protected and the legitimate cardholder by matching
the billing address to the one on file with the financial institution.
Policy details
- Billing address: This is the address associated with the payment method, such as the address on your credit card bill.
- Shipping address: This is the address where you want the physical order delivered.
The "match" policy: Fantization.com
enforces a strict policy where the billing and shipping addresses must
be exactly the same to approve a transaction and process/ ship an order. This
is primarily a security measure to prevent fraudulent activity.
The "mismatch" policy: Fantization.com does not allow
for a "Bill To and Ship To"
mismatch. However for people that want to send gifts to
friends or family especially during the holidays, the cardholder can
reach out to us prior to placing the order and we will allow it if we
are 100% able to verify the order
information.
If
an order placed has a mismatched "Bill To and Ship To" addresses, those
orders will be held and flagged for manual review. If we (Fantization.com) is unable to
verify the "Payment" and "Bill To and Ship To" information the order will be canceled and refunded.
This policy is to minimize fraud for ourselves (Fantization.com) and to our customers,
thank you for your understanding.
